Student success
statement
“Nothing in the world
can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than
unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; the world is filled with
educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan
“press on” has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.”
-Calvin Coolidge, 30th
president of the united states
Reflection: this post is saying that nothing in
this world can replace persistence because if you want to accomplish anything
you need persistence, and if you don’t have it, then you won’t be able to
accomplish anything.
