Tip 5: keep a list of
questions
When you feel confused about something that your reading,
write down any questions that you have, sometimes your questions are answered
when you read further on. If not, don’t be afraid to ask for help. Remember,
teachers create assignments: they have read the text and are familiar to them. When
you have specific questions, as your teachers can provide answers that will
help you understand the material. Learning is rooted in questions developed and
asks the learner.
Asking questions to yourself, to the teacher, and to others,
is a great learning method. When you cease to ask questions, you cease to exist
a great extent. Read actively while asking questions while you read. Questioning
immerses you into the material that you are reading and therefore will expand
your mental capacities almost anything else.
The philosopher Sir Francis Bacon said, “Knowledge is power.”
Improving your reading comprehension will be the key to more knowledge and
making the most out of your education. So, pick up a book and a pen.
