I think that he should face charges of animal cruelty and
put into jail because of what he did to get a little blue ribbon. He should
never be allowed to own any animals because of what he has done to those
horses, because he might start doing it to little dogs and cats to. He chose
the wrong and now he has to pay the price,pay the penalty..
